As an experienced RN, the role of the legal nurse consultant is to educate attorney-clients about the medical aspects of their cases. 9) Handle literature searches and integrate the literature and care standards/guidelines into the case analysis

10) Research and analyxethe validity and reliability of research studies relied on by all parties

11) Pinpoint and review relevant medical records, hostpial policies, and procedures and other essential documents and tangible items

12) Interview clients, key witnesses, and experts

13) Consult with healthcare providers

She shares her extensive nursing and healthcare system expertise by consulting with attorneys, hospitals, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies.
